It is delivered fully furnished and equipped, in a very quiet and pleasant area. The maximum capacity is two people and no pets of any kind are allowed. It does not include parking, although there are spaces available in the building.

The minimum stay is three months and the maximum is one year. A security deposit of one thousand dollars is required, rental guarantee insurance, and the monthly rent is six hundred fifty dollars. Wifi, electricity and HOA fees are paid separately.
