Campus represents a new concept of housing in Villa Martelli, located in a strategic area with immediate access to Av. Mitre, Balbín, and General Paz.

The first phase of the project is already complete and comprises three buildings that house 130 apartments. Its modern and minimalist design adapts to the demands of contemporary life.

The available apartments are 1- and 2-bedroom units, with floor areas ranging from 35 m² to 70 m², and each unit includes a private balcony. Security is guaranteed 24 hours a day, and parking is managed through automated systems.

Amenities include a fully equipped gym, laundry facilities, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, a terrace with two swimming pools and a solarium, barbecue areas, and extensive green spaces.

The project prioritizes sustainability: green roofs on the terraces, solar panels for hot water and LED lighting, rainwater collection and recirculation, shading systems, and waste segregation.

The second phase will add a large central plaza and an exclusive coffee shop, strengthening the sense of community and residents’ well-being.
