The proposal is located in the Victoria area, on a 208 m² plot, featuring a ground floor and three levels that house a total of six units distributed across two volumes connected by a central core. Each level contains two apartments, one facing front and the other facing rear, providing a balanced and functional design.

The 50 m² furnished apartment, with a 10 m² balcony, features an open and bright layout. The level terrace, extending from the bedroom to the living‑dining area, enhances both indoor and outdoor space, providing abundant light and ventilation. The open kitchen, with elegant finishes, seamlessly integrates with the living area, creating a harmonious and welcoming environment. From the balcony, a pleasant view is enjoyed, and there is ample outdoor space for relaxation.

The full bathroom and the bedroom with a walking‑closet type wardrobe complete the offering, providing comfort and functionality. The building does not have gas; heating is managed through air conditioning. All sliding doors are black A30 line with DVH, the smaller windows are black Modena line with DVH, and the entry doors to the units are solid cedar, 2.50 m. Interior doors are finished with natural wood veneer, while the bathroom splashbacks are 1.20 × 0.60 m of ilva.
