Construction underway with delivery scheduled for October 2025.
Located in the Victoria area, the project is developed on a ground floor and three upper levels over a 208 m² plot, offering a total of six units distributed across two volumes connected by a central core. Each floor contains two apartments, one front-facing and one rear-facing, and includes a car parking space.
The 57 m² finished apartment, located on the third floor B, features a two-room layout that can be subdivided into three, creating an additional bedroom already equipped with a window and wardrobe space. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with windows in all areas. The integrated kitchen is complemented by a private 23 m² terrace accessed via a spiral staircase, and the bedroom has a balcony exit.
The full bathroom includes high-quality materials selected for the area: Ferrum tiles, Peirano fixtures, and a Johnson bathtub. The copper piping system is already prepared for two air conditioning units, while heating is managed via A/C. The interior flooring is covered with high-traffic PVC, finished with 7 mm thick wood veneer, and the interior doors are clad in natural wood.
The building retains a modern aesthetic with a traditional touch characteristic of the area, using exposed brick, concrete, and steel both on the façade and interior. The rooftop features the corresponding drainage systems for each functional unit, ensuring a practical and aesthetically integrated space.
