The ceilings of both sheds are parabolic, covered with zinc sheets, and the floors are reinforced concrete, ensuring durability and strength.
The facility currently operates a faucet manufacturing plant, with electricity supplied under a T3 BT Industrial tariff and industrial general P2 gas.
Its strategic location places the plant only 200 m from the Carlos Casares slope, with northern access to the Tigre spur, and just 30 minutes from the center of Buenos Aires, facilitating logistics, labor access, and market reach.
