The ground floor houses the main waiting room, five examination rooms with access to the patient elevator, a second reception area with exit to Beiro Street, an ambulance parking space, accessible bathrooms, and two additional restrooms. The nursing area is divided into two dedicated rooms, while the kitchen and dining area support staff needs.

The first floor accommodates two examination rooms or offices, a lounge, and three bathrooms, offering comfortable spaces for consultations and meetings. The second floor is dedicated to surgical activity: three operating rooms with central chilled or heated air, HEPA filters and laminar flow system, mechanical ventilation, and central oxygen. It also includes a sterilization room, a pathological waste storage, a physicians' lounge, a pharmacy storage, an office or changing area, and three hand‑washing and instrument cleaning benches. The infrastructure of the sterilization room and pharmacy storage ensures maximum hygiene and compliance with health regulations.

The third floor contains the laundry, kitchen, dining area, and a conference space with a capacity of 30 people. Additionally, it offers a lounge, three bathrooms, and a locker room, providing a comfortable environment for staff and visitors.

The building is equipped with security cameras, air conditioning in all areas, and a backup generator, ensuring operational continuity at all times.
